How to View Property Management Metrics on Homz as a Landlord
As a landlord, staying informed about your property’s performance is key to effective management. With Homz, accessing detailed metrics and insights is simple and seamless. Follow the steps below to view your property management metrics directly from your landlord dashboard.
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Navigate to the profile section by clicking on Property Management on the side-bar menu of the dashboard.
Step 3: Click : to view the property from your dashboard.
Then click on “View Dashboard” to see the property’s metric
