How to View and Manage Maintenance Requests from Tenants on Homz as a Property Manager
As a property manager, you can easily track and update the status of maintenance requests. Review submissions, approve necessary repairs, and ensure timely resolutions—all in a few clicks.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your already existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Navigate to the Maintenance section by clicking on Maintenance on the sidebar menu.

Step 3: To manage the maintenance request, click on the “Status” column to change the status
Then select the status of the request
