How to View an Individual Tenant Profile on Homz as a Landlord
As a landlord, accessing detailed information about each tenant helps you manage your property more effectively. With Homz, viewing an individual tenant’s profile is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to access a tenant’s profile directly from your landlord dashboard.
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Navigate to the profile section by clicking on Tenants on the side-bar menu of the dashboard.
Step 3: Scroll to the right hand side of the table to view the Tenant Profile.
Step 4: Click : to view the tenant’s profile.
Then click on “View Profile”
Click on the “Payment History” to view the tenant’s payment record
