How to Track Rent Status on Homz as a Property Manager
With Homz, tracking a tenant’s rent status is simple and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to effectively monitor rent payments and stay informed about your tenants’ payment history.
Follow the steps below to set up track your tenant rent status on your property dashboard
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your already existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Access the Tenant’s Section
On the left-hand panel of your dashboard, click on the “Tenants” section. This will take you to the list of all your tenants.
Step 3: Scroll to the right hand side on the table and Click on the “Status” column.
Then, Click to select the rent status
Congratulations, You can now track your tenants rent status successfully.
