How do I complete the Tenancy Verification KYC form on Homz as a Tenant?
As a tenant, completing the Tenancy Verification KYC form is an essential step to ensure a smooth rental process. With Homz, submitting your KYC details is quick and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to complete your Tenancy Verification KYC form with ease.
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Navigate to the profile section by clicking on Profile on the side-bar menu or click on the Complete Profile at the right-top corner of the dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the Personal Information and fill the fields accordingly, then press Next to save and move to the next form.
Step 4: Add/Update the Spouse Information and click Next button
Step 5: Add/Update the Occupant Details, click on +Add occupant and click on Next to save and proceed to the next form.
Step 6: Add Guarantors, click on Click to upload first guarantor’s form , select the form and click on Next to save and proceed to the next form.
And you can download the Guarantor’s Form by clicking on the “Download Guarantor’s Form” for sampling.
Step 7: Add/Update the Tenant Verification (KYC), select the means of identification, fill the field and upload the image, then click Next button.
For the National Identity Number, enter the NIN and upload the image.
Then click on “Upload Document” to upload, or “Remove” to remove it.
After you have successfully uploaded and verified your NIN or International Passport, check the two buttons, then Click on “Submit for Approval”.
Click on the “Got it”
Congratulations, You have successfully completed your tenancy verification.
