How to Accept or Reject Requests of Tenants who want to join your Property on Homz as a Property Manager
As a property manager, you can easily accept or reject tenant requests to join your property on Homz. Review applications, approve suitable tenants, and maintain control over your rental space—all in a few clicks.
Follow the steps below
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your already existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: Navigate to the Request section by clicking on request on the side-bar menu.
Step 3: Click “Accept” and “Yes Proceed” to accept the request
Click “Decline” and “Yes Proceed” to reject the request
Congratulations, You have successfully accepted or rejected the tenant’s request to join your property.
