How to Export Tenant Data List on Homz as a Property Manager
As a property manager, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of your tenants is crucial for efficient property management. With Homz, exporting your tenant data list is a quick and seamless process. Follow the steps below to learn how to export tenant records effortlessly and maintain organized documentation.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: If you have not already done so, “create an account on homz.ng” or “login” to your already existing account and you will be taken to your dashboard. See how to create an account as a property manager here.
Step 2: On the left-hand panel of your dashboard, click on the “Tenants” section. This will take you to the list of all your tenants.
Step 3: Download the tenants’ data
On the right-hand panel of your dashboard, click on the “Download Page” section. This will open up the download menu.
Step 4: Saving the Tenants’ data
On the right-bottom-hand panel of the pop-up, click on the “Print” section. This will open up the download of the data into your local storage.
