A tenant invite link is a unique URL used to invite a tenant to join a property that has been created on your dashboard.
Creating a tenant invite link can be done by following the simple steps below;
Step 1: Log In to Your Homz Account
Start by Logging into your Homz account or create a new account on Homz.ng, if you have not done so.
Step 2: Create a Property Manager Profile
If you are creating an account for the first time, you will have to create a property manager profile.
- Select a Property manager Profile and you will be taken to your property manager dashboard.
You can skip this step if you already have an existing account and have created a property manager profile.
Step 3: Navigate to the Tenant Section on Your Dashboard To Invite Tenant
Once you are on your property management dashboard, navigate to the tenant section.
- click on Invite Tenant button on the Tenant section of your dashboard
OR
Navigate to the property management section: You can also click on Property Management on the right side of your dashboard.
In the Property Management section,
- Click on Invite Tenant to bring up the invite tenant popup
Step 4: Select the Property
You’ll need to select the property you want your tenants to be invited to.
- Select the property which you want to invite tenants to by clicking on the drop-down.

Step 5: Get Link
- Click on Get Link
A unique link will be generated for you, that you can use to invite a tenant to the selected property.
Step 6: Copy The Tenant Invite Link
- Click on the copy link button to copy the link generated for your tenant.
Step 7: Share the Link with Your Tenant
- Send the Link: Send the copied link to your tenant’s email, text message, or any other way you like to communicate.
